In Peru

Peru is the next destination for a group of students, faculty and staff at the College of Education, University of Louisville. The group is formed by a total of 8 students taking two classes--one in school leadership in international contexts, and the other in Comparative Education-primary education.

We are happy and very fortunate to have a selected group of local professionals and faculty who will make presentations for our group.  In addition, we will visit different schools and universities, including our host the Universidad del Pacífico.

The primary education group will spend their days working at the Colegio de la Inmaculada and the Colegio Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Lima.

We will also visit Cusco and Machu Picchu, and other archeological jewels.  While in Cusco, we will work with a school in the city, and we will visit the Panticalle school in the Andes mountains.

Here are our group members!
